MNO Synod staff and Lutheran students joined U of M Chaplains in making peanut butter and jam sandwiches last Thursday at the University of Manitoba Student Centre.

Over 1500 sandwiches were made and then distributed to the Boys and Girls Club of Winnipeg.
Students were asked to give just five minutes of their time, many stayed for much longer.

Rev. Dr. Ken Stupak, Chaplain for Pentecostal Campus Ministries oversaw the effort. He said this is the tenth straight year the Chaplains Association has put on the event.

Bishop Elaine Sauer, Rev. Larry Ulrich and Communications Coordinator Rick Scherger all lent a hand during the morning.
