Gift cards are certainly easiest – Safeway and Giant Tiger would be first choice, then
Super Valu and Sobey’s.  However, if people wish to bring in the items instead…

Instant potatoes
Pasta – egg noodle, macaroni, spaghetti
Canned meats – tuna/salmon, chicken, ham, corned beef

Clear plastic sandwich bags (Ziploc preferred)
